Andrew Leach brings a passion for coaching, training and facilitating to his work with First Nation leaders. His background includes:
- Proud member of the St’at’imc Nation (in the interior of British Columbia, Canada)
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Professionally consulted with more than 200 First Nations/Tribal leaders in Canada and the United States, and understands their challenges and issues
- 15+ years of senior management experience
- College/university instructor at five post-secondary institutes, teaching business management courses for 10+ years
- Presenter at many national and regional indigenous leadership and management conferences
