Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is a process that clearly defines an organization’s direction to achieve specific, challenging goals within a specific period, IE 2, 3 or 5 years. The key benefit to good First Nations strategic planning is that it firmly sets an organization on the right path with the right mix of time and resources.

Strategic Planning: New Council or Board wants to set and execute a clear direction.
