Organizational Reviews

An Organizational Review is an assessment of an organization’s systems, policies, operations and capacity; to identify outstanding issues and to recommend improvements. The key benefit to Organizational Reviews is that they often initiate meaningful and coordinated organizational change.

Organizational Review: An organization needs an independent assessment of its operations and/or staff.
